Day 3

We just arrived at our friends' Liz and Tal's apartment in DC after a busy and slightly exhausting third day of our trip. After waking up bright and early in Philly, we drove 2 hours down I-95 to Baltimore to catch the Tigers vs. Orioles game at Camden Yards. We arrived early enough to explore the ballpark a bit and get lunch from the famous Boogs BBQ stand on Eutaw Street before watching the Orioles lose to Edwin Jackson and the Detroit Tigers, 3-0. After the game, we visited the Babe Ruth Birthplace and Museum, a small museum devoted to the Bambino about 3 blocks from the ballpark, and then spent a few hours walking around the Inner Harbor, eating ice cream and getting dinner (yes, in that order).

Tomorrow is our first off-day of the trip - we're going to spend it doing some touristy type stuff in DC, and getting a few things we need for the car before the first really long drive of the trip.
